To conduct an eTherapy session with a Windows PC you will need:
- A computer
- A broadband connection
(A dialup connection is unfortunately too slow to support the
video component of an eTherapy session. Anything faster, however,
should work just fine. Don't know what kind of connection you're
using you're using? Click here to
find out.)
- A microphone
Some PCs have built in microphones. To find out if yours is one
of them, or if you don't know how to find and use a suitable microphone,

- A webcam
You may already have one of these, but if you don't and you need
some advice on finding and installing one, click here.
- Skype
Skype is a free VoIP and video conference program. If you don't
have it, please download
and install it. Once installed open up the tools Tools
drop down menu and click on Options. In the Options window,
click on Video and ensure that skype video is enabled,
that whatever webcam you've installed is selected and tests correctly,
and that your video starts automatically.

If you've got all this, please go to Registration
for the next step.
