What is FRIENDS? FRIENDS is an early intervention tool for young children which empowers children with effective skills and strategies. These programs help children cope with feelings of fear, worry, and depression by building resilience and self-esteem. As a professional working with children or youth you can participate in an interactive FRIENDS training workshop in Hong Kong. People who are trained on how to run FRIENDS can then implement it at their school or learning facility and make the program part of the curriculum to develop emotional and social skills in young children.
